After a bike fitting, safety briefing, and overview of the day ahead, you set out on a scenic ride along a paved bike path toward Canmore, stopping at the iconic Parks Canada Red Chairs that frame one of the region’s classic mountain views. Returning toward Banff, you continue on a loop ride to Lake Minnewanka before heading back to the staging area for lunch. In the afternoon, ride past Bow Falls and along a secluded loop beneath the towering north face of Mount Rundle.
Return to your lodge in Banff and enjoy the rest of the day at your leisure.

Day 2 — Banff to Lake Louise & Moraine Lake
Departing directly from Banff, today’s ride follows the legendary Bow Valley Parkway (Highway 1A)—a quiet, wildlife-rich corridor winding through the heart of the Rockies. With minimal traffic and sweeping mountain views, this is one of the most scenic and rewarding rides of the trip. Pedal at your own pace as the landscape gradually unfolds toward Lake Louise.
We arrive in the Lake Louise area in time for a well-earned lunch set in a beautiful alpine setting. Afterward, choose how you’d like to experience two of the Rockies’ most iconic lakes. Stronger riders can continue on a challenging and rewarding climb to Moraine Lake, with the option to also visit Lake Louise by bike. Alternatively, you may relax and shuttle to both lakes, taking time to explore and soak in the views.
In the afternoon, we regroup in the village of Lake Louise and shuttle back to Banff. This evening is yours to enjoy—explore the town and dine at one of Banff’s many outstanding restaurants.

From our start point, we ride along this iconic Parkway toward Bow Summit—the highest point on the Icefields Parkway. Along the way, take in sweeping alpine vistas before reaching the short walk to the breathtaking Peyto Lake viewpoint, where the glacier-fed waters reveal their striking turquoise hue.
Continuing on, we descend to the shores of Bow Lake for a scenic lakeside lunch, set against a backdrop of hanging glaciers and rugged peaks. After time to relax and take in the views, we retrace our route back to the staging area, enjoying a different perspective of this unforgettable landscape.
