We sincerely hope everyone is well.
At Rocky Mountain Cycle Tours, we are a strong believer, that spending time outside in our beautiful Rockies is a good antidote in these challenging times however, deciding to travel is a personal choice.
With the unpredictable nature of the current situation, we have made the decision to cancel our 1st trip of the season departing on June 28.
We are closely monitoring the situation and for all trips scheduled after July 1, 2020 we will be reviewing 30-45 days before departure if it is safe and feasible to run the trip. If your trip is cancelled, we will put 100 % of your deposit on account to be applied on a new reservation by December 31, 2021.
We have modified the final payment date from 60 days to 35 days before the start of the trip for departures in July 2020 and from 60 days to 45 days before the start of the trip for departures in August 2020. Our objective is to provide flexibility so that you have the time and information you need to make the best decision.
As much as we all hope we get back to normal as soon as possible, normality will have a different meaning. The safety of our guests and guides is our number one priority. To ensure your comfort and well being we are currently working on establishing new protocols for your health and safety, such as sanitized and deep clean of the bikes at the end of each trip and others.
To all of you and your family, stay well. We are looking forward to riding our beautiful roads with all of you.
